Four new state bills will go into effectr July 1 that will impact the real estate developmentindustrh — exempting densely populated communities from certain processes, expeditin g some permitting processes, diminishinfg the standard of proof and shifting the burden of proof off the developer. Another bill was approveds during the 2009legislative session, but must be put on a ballott for final approval.
