Columbus lawyer A.C. who’s representing Columbus-based receiver Martin Management said GE Capital filed to put the golf club into receivershilp on Friday in Delaware Countu CommonPleas Court. Details on the nature of Tartan’s default weren’t immediatelyh available, but Strip said the club is less than 60 days behincd onits loan.
